Members and visitors of Lakeside are invited to actively support ministries within LPC and humanitarian agencies in San Francisco and beyond. Support takes many forms including volunteering, monetary donations, praying, and helping with projects at LPC.

This is a list of agencies Lakeside has supported since July 1, 2020:

• SF-Marin Food Bank - volunteers help Saturdays at First United Pres on Sloat; chosen as recipient of the LPC Lenten project 2021

• Compass Family Services - Advent Project for homeless families in SF

• International Rescue Committee - a PCUSA sponsored organization supporting refugees in the East Bay

• La Casa de las Madres - SF organization helping victims of domestic violence

• One Great Hour of Sharing - PCUSA this year providing relief to those affected by natural disasters; food to the hungry, helping communities rising from poverty
