  • Public Event: Any event where any door is to remain open so that indviduals may experience and enjoy a performance, lecture, class, etc., where people who are not part of the presenting body are allowed to attend.

    For ex. Piano Recital, Voice Recital, Orchestra Concert, etc.

    Private Event: Any event that includes only individuals rehearsing, meeting, discussing anything where the doors remain guarded, but members of the larger community are not included.

    For ex. Choir Rehearsal, Violin Lesson, Business Meetin

  • Yes, if the event is open to the general public which includes an audience of any type (patrons, parents, auditors).

    If the event is closed, meaning that only individuals specifically related to the event are in attendance, the security guard requirement is waved, but the entity MUST have someone monitoring all open doors.

RENT THE FACILITY

Lakeside is pleased to open its doors to the public for usage. We are happy to unveil our new booking system, eSpace. The link will walk you through a request to use the facility, which will then be approved/declined by administration. If your request is approved, you will be sent an invoice from the system. You will be required to pay the deposit (if required) and the fee before the event. Also, proof of insurance is required for all renters.
